Skydiving!

So for those of you who didn't know, my skydiving trip last week had to be cancelled. We arrived at the airport and it was too windy so we waited for a little over an hour and then in started raining so we had to reschedule. So I woke up this morning with my stomach in knots. Part of me wanted to chicken out but the other part of me said, "Are you kidding me? There is no way you are chickening out." So I decided to go anyway. We got there and were told that we had to split into two groups because all 8 of us couldn't fit on the plane. So we waited while Henry, Tyson and Judson and Michelle suited up and got on the plane. About 20 or 30 minutes later we could see them jumping out of the plane. It was incredible. Then it our turn. Benjamin, Taylor, Josh and I got on the plane, flew around for about 20 minutes on a scenic flight of the mountains where the trees were already changing and were very beautiful and then it was time. I was the second of us to jump and it really wasn't scary. It was the coolest feeling in the world. I didn't even feel sick or anything until my instructor decided to do some spins and stuff. It really was the most intense thing I've ever done but I don't regret it. It was awesome! Sadly, there were some technical difficulties with the freefall camera, so I didn't get the pictures and video I wanted. They gave me my money back though and are still going to send me the footage they did get before the dive and up on the plane so hey thats worth something, right?

  2. I have done that before! It's the most amazing thing in the world! It was scary for me. I guess I was more nervous than anything. But I didn't get sick either. The other girls with us did though. I didn't eat anything before we went either. That is so great you did that! i'm proud of you! Good job! No one else will go do it. I don't think i would do it again just because I have my little boy now. Too risky. Ha ha!
